Exploiting this thriving landscape, we present an exceptional opportunity: the establishment of a network of No Backboard Basketball Training gyms. Concept Validation – Build it and they will hoop!


The concept validation for No Backboard Basketball has shown great promise. In April 2020, a viral video clip of No Backboard Basketball proof-of-concept games gained substantial attention on platforms like TikTok, ESPN SportsCenter, and Overtime Network, accumulating over 2.2 million views within a short period.


A survey conducted in February 2021 among 350 affiliates of the basketball lifestyle brand Hoop Culture revealed that 82% of respondents were willing to try No Backboard Basketball, with 65% expressing interest in subscribing to a dedicated No Backboard Basketball social media channel. Additionally, 52% of the affiliates were already aware of the concept. 


Further validation was obtained through the No Backboard Basketball League, which organized multiple proof-of-concept events and a successful no-backboard basketball tournament between September and November 2021. Positive feedback from both participants and spectators, along with the wide sharing of promotional video clips on social media, generated impressive engagement metrics, including 160,000 views, 130 hours of view time, and 10,000 engagements, reinforcing the strong interest and appeal of No Backboard Basketball among the target audience.


Financial Projections 

The revenues generated from our brick-and-mortar training services cover the operational costs of a "no-backboard basketball video production studio." This studio will consistently produce no-backboard basketball content, thereby establishing a Content Factory that specializes in proprietary No Backboard Basketball content. We have modeled producing 32 hours of unique No Backboard Basketball content a month.
