Is this an investment or ownership in NBBL?

No. A Founding Membership is a fan membership. It does not give equity, ownership, profit sharing, voting rights or any financial return in NBBL, Peach Basket Development Enterprise Inc. or any affiliate.

Can I transfer, resell or gift my membership?

No. All memberships are personal to the original purchaser and cannot be sold, assigned, gifted or transferred. The only exception: a Lifetime Founders Membership may pass by will or trust as described in the Lifetime Membership Terms.

When does my membership start and end?

The membership term runs November 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 (14 calendar months), whatever your purchase date. Your founding number is assigned as soon as your payment is verified.

When does the member platform launch, and what if it is delayed?

Target platform launch: February 1, 2027. This date is not guaranteed and may change. Some benefits are available now (your founding number, recognition, the founding-member newsletter and vlog, and 20% off NBBL merchandise). Benefits marked "Coming at launch" start when the platform opens. If the date changes, we will share the new date in the founding-member newsletter and vlog. If the platform launches after the February 1, 2027 target, standard Founding Memberships are extended by one month for each month of delay. A partial month more than 15 days late counts as a full month. Does not apply to Lifetime memberships.

Is sales tax charged?

Sales tax is charged only when the billing state is Arizona. The Arizona rate is read from NBBL's tax table (seeded at 8.3%) and shown as its own line. Buyers in other states and outside the United States are not charged sales tax.

What is the refund policy?

A full refund within 14 days of purchase, then no refunds except where required by law. A refund cancels the membership and retires its member number.

What discounts do I get, and when?

Standard members get 20% off NBBL merchandise starting October 24, 2026, and 20% off eligible pay-per-view when the platform launches (Target platform launch: February 1, 2027. This date is not guaranteed and may change.) Lifetime members get 40% off eligible NBBL merchandise and unlimited eligible pay-per-view. Exclusions are listed in the Membership Terms.

How do referral credits work?

When someone you refer becomes a new member, 10% of what they pay for their membership is credited to your NBBL account. You can use the credit toward merchandise, pay-per-view events, and any other NBBL products or services. A new member's signup can earn either a member referral credit or an affiliate payout, not both. Terms apply; details are in the Membership Terms.

Is my payment secure?

PayPal processes payment; NBBL never sees card numbers. We activate memberships only after our server confirms the payment with PayPal.

Does it renew automatically?

No. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Is this a donation to the No Backboard Foundation?

No. A membership is a commercial purchase from No Backboard Basketball League LLC. It is not a charitable contribution and is not tax-deductible.

What about Road to Phoenix?

It is a planned, unconfirmed NBBL event in February 2027. It may be changed or canceled, and a membership does not include tickets. NBBL is not affiliated with the NBA.
